Step 1: Prepare the mixture and marinate the pork jerky

Take ½ lb. (225 g) Ground pork, red food color and the seasonings and mix them in a medium-size bowl. After that, add the fish sauce, 5-spice powder, sesame oil, wine, sugar, white paper, and soy sauce in it.
